OPDC’s Board adopted OPDC’s Local Plan on 22 June 2022.

The Local Plan sets out OPDC’s spatial vision and a series of policies to shape the regeneration of the Old Oak and Park Royal area for its Plan Period between 2018 and 2038. It is now part of OPDC’s Development Plan and is a key planning policy document for the determination of planning applications in Old Oak and Park Royal.
