Emma Best AM has been elected deputy leader of the Conservative group on the London Assembly.
She was elected uncontested at the group’s annual AGM, held 2 May 2023.
Emma Best AM, newly elected deputy leader of the City Hall Conservatives, said: “I am honoured and humbled to have been elected deputy leader by my colleagues. Peter has been an exceptional deputy leader, delivering a budget amendment proposal that would have helped millions of Londoners with the cost of living and breathing, and I am excited to be working with Neil and the group to build on this success and deliver for Londoners.”
