Consultation now closed
Following the refusal of OPDC Board to designate the Old Oak Neighbourhood Forum in September 2017, OPDC received a second application in October 2017 to designate the Interim Old Oak Neighbourhood Forum as the neighbourhood forum for the Old Oak Neighbourhood Area.
OPDC assessed the application and was satisfied it met the statutory requirements in the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The consultation ran from 22 November 2017 to 18 January 2018. Thank you to everyone who provided responses.
Next steps
To support the timely designation of a Neighbourhood Forum for the Old Oak Neighbourhood Area, the OPDC Board has agreed that this designation is delegated to OPDC’s Chief Executive Officer should OPDC officers be in a position to recommend that this forum is approved.
To inform this recommendation, officers will give consideration to the consultation responses. A decision is expected to be made in February 2018.
