There are 2 support services available at no cost to participants:
- NHA LDN (New Homes Accelerator London) - targeted to developers (private, Registered Providers, and Local Authority)
- ATLAS LDN (Advisory Team for Large Applications London) - targeted to Local Planning Authorities (LPAs)
NHA LDN
NHA LDN is targeted towards developers (private, Registered Providers, Local Authority developer) seeking assistance and intervention on their sites. NHA London support will focus on a range of issues including those that are non-planning related and/or post-planning.
ATLAS LDN
ATLAS LDN is targeted towards Local Planning Authorities or other Council services with planning related work/needs seeking assistance or capacity support such as on planning applications, master plans, pre-applications and site appraisals.
I welcome phase two of the Government’s New Homes Accelerator Programme. Working with Government, Homes England and councils, City Hall is helping to unblock sites and accelerate the delivery of thousands of new homes for Londoners.
This programme will get homes built faster and supports our urgent action to tackle London’s housing crisis as we build a better, fairer Londoner for everyone.
