As a result of increases in the scope and duration of the redevelopment of the Hendon estate this paper requests the retrospective approval of an increase in the fees for professional support.
Recommendation
The DMPC is asked to retrospectively approve an increase in the E C Harris contract value from £423,000 to £993,365. This increase is contained within the previously approved budget for the Hendon redevelopment.
