Housing Research Notes are a series of analytical reports from the Greater London Authority focusing on individual issues of relevance to housing policy in London. The published Research Notes (along with accompanying datasets where available) are on the on the Housing Analysis Datastore pages.

The most recent Research Note examines the supply and characteristics of the short-term lettings market in London. The research considers the number and type of listings across London; the estimated occupancy of lettings; and the average price per night. It also examines who are the providers and the consumers of short-term lettings in London.
