Carbon Offset Funds Report 2022

 In 2023, the GLA surveyed London’s 35 Local Planning Authorities (the 32 boroughs, the City of London Corporation, the London Legacy Development Corporation and the Old Oak & Park Royal Development Corporation) on their carbon offset funds. 

This report summarises the findings, including the value of funds, expenditure, the types of projects being selected for funding, the governance and monitoring arrangements that are in place and concludes with recommendations for LPAs.
