‘We, the undersigned, being resident of Cambridge Estate, Cambridge Gardens and Norbiton Estate, plus Cambridge Road, Kingston Road and Douglas Road, ask that the K2 or K3 be re-routed to Kingston Hospital through Cambridge Road, Kingston Road and Douglas Road.’
