Summary of petition
“We the undersigned, residents of Canning Town North Ward of the London Borough of Newham and members of the Police Ward Panel, are very unhappy and angry at the increase in crime and antisocial behaviour in our ward and strongly believe that this is as a direct result of government cuts to police, courts and local authority budgets. These budgets have been cut to the bone.
We call on the Mayor to continue to fight to ensure that the police have the resources they need to keep our community safe.”
