Dear Greater London Authority Public Liaison Unit,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request that you disclose:
1) A copy of any policy/document which outlines the conditions and/or limitations under which organisations or institutions can hire or request use of Trafalgar Square. Specifically, I request that you identify whether the hire or use of Trafalgar Square is subject to any ethics policy, values document or other similar document which specifies limitations on who might reasonably use or hire Trafalgar Square.
2) Details and copies of any correspondence between the GLA and the Royal Opera House during 2017 regarding its annual use of Trafalgar Square for the 'BP Big Screens'.
3) Details and copies of any correspondence between the GLA and BP during 2017 regarding its involvement in the 'BP Big Screens' hosted by the Royal Opera House.
If the scope of this request is deemed too broad, it may be limited to parts (1) and (2) only.
