Welcome to the Mayor of London’s Inclusive Employer Toolkits. Strengthening equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) isn’t just the right thing to do, it also makes business sense. It improves staff satisfaction and boosts an organisation’s performance.  

EDI demands commitment, strategic action and an openness to change from employers. These toolkits are designed to enable you to assess where you are on EDI, identify and implement actions to help you go further, and take advantage of opportunities for cross-sector collaboration.
