MOPAC is headed by the Mayor of London and the Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime. Diana Luchford is the Chief Executive and leads the staff team at MOPAC.

Our aim

MOPAC aims to live up to the same standards that it expects of the Metropolitan Police Service and we value equality and diversity.

We ensure that the process for raising any concerns employees have about the way business is conducted is simple, effective and confidential wherever possible, as set out in our whistle blowing policy.

    MOPAC Pay Gap Report

MOPAC is pleased to publish our Gender, Ethnicity and Disability pay gap audits for 2023.

The Mayor and MOPAC continue to lead by example in publishing data which goes beyond the statutory requirements of the Equality Act regulations which came into force in 2017. Publishing and understanding this data is necessary to understand and tackle any inequalities, which is consistent with MOPAC’s strategic objective and commitment to develop a workforce reflective of London with an inclusive culture where all employees can thrive.

    Gifts and hospitality

The Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011 requires MOPAC to publish a register of each offer of a gift or hospitality made to members of staff. Before March 2017 the register was published as part of MOPAC’s quarterly report to the MOPAC-MPS Joint Audit Panel. The registers can be found below:
