    I have heard concerns that there is no confirmed figure for the number of disabled Londoners who are Blue Badge holders but are not eligible for the grace period associated with the London-wide ULEZ. Could you provide an informed estimate of the number of disabled Londoners who are not eligible for the current grace period because they do not receive disability benefits?

    In your answer to question 2023/3054 you said: “My housing team has secured agreement from government that my Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26 will also be able to fund replacement homes.” Could you tell me how much funding within the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26 has the Government agreed can be spent on replacing existing homes, and is this greater than ten per cent of the total grant allocation?
