A report by the London Assembly Environment Committee will outline the steps the Mayor should take to reduce the risk of flooding and increase Londoner’s preparedness for flooding, with the increasing threat posed by climate change.

Resident voice in social housing
Housing Committee – The Chamber, City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, 10am
Five years on from the Grenfell Tower disaster, are social housing landlords taking resident concerns on housing standards seriously, and if not, what steps is the Mayor taking to keep Londoners safe in their homes?
The Housing Committee will question an industry panel on the contact they have with their residents, and will also speak with a resident-based panel about the challenges they still face since the Grenfell disaster in 2017.
