Future publication dates
The 2024-25 GLA Affordable Housing Statistics are published quarterly. The table below shows proposed publication dates for 2024-25. These dates may be subject to revision to align with government's publication timetable.
Affordable Housing Delegated Approvals
Further to our scheme of delegations, the Mayor has delegated authority to the Executive Director of Housing and Land for affordable homes in London. Specifically, the Executive Director’s role will be to approve engagement with, and allocations to, new and existing housing providers bidding to provide additional affordable homes.
The approvals include bids for new schemes in existing programmes and the approval of variations to existing scheme allocations. The Delegated Approvals Log lists additional funding approved under this delegation.
AHP Conversions
The AHP Conversions Report contains information on conversions reported to the Regulator of Social Housing. The report will be updated regularly
