RetrofitWorks will carry out an assessment of your home to find out what improvements can be made, and what can be funded. The aim is to carry out improvements to make your home as warm as possible with the money available. RetrofitWorks will be responsible for drawing up a list of approved upgrade measures for you to pick from, but you (or your landlord) will have the final approval on the works that take place. In some cases, this may mean the value of these improvements may be less than the full grant funding available.
