Workforce Integration Network

As part of the Mayor's Strategy for Social Integration, WIN is helping to improve pathways for underrepresented groups in the workplace. The programme is currently supporting young black men aged 16 to 24 years into living wage employment in the construction sector. Although targeted at young black men, this event is open to any young person who is keen to pursue a career in construction. We invite young Londoners from all communities to attend.
