The London Assembly Police and Crime Committee will tomorrow question the performance of the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime over the past year. It will also raise other issues about policing and crime reduction in the capital; the use of Water Cannon, delays in the criminal justice system and public perception of the Police.
The guests to be questioned are;
- Mayor of London Boris Johnson
- Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe
- Deputy Commissioner Craig Mackey
- Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime Stephen Greenhalgh
Questions will be informed by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) annual report.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, 10 July from 10am in the Chamber at City Hall (The Queen’s Walk, London SE1).
Media and members of the public are invited to attend.
