- The London Fire Commissioner said the London Fire Brigade (LFB) has completed nine actions from Nazir Afzal OBE’s Independent Culture Review [1].
- Following the Independent Culture Review’s publication, His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire Rescue Services (HMICFRS) announced that LFB had been placed under ‘Engage’, an enhanced level of monitoring [2].
- Hearings for Phase 2 of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry have been completed with closing statements heard in November 2022, and the report likely to be published in 2024 [3].
