Programme performance information is published by the GLA at regular intervals on the London Datastore:

In terms of housing allocations, eligibility criteria for intermediate homes are set by central government and the GLA. The Affordable Housing London Plan Guidance Consultation Draft May 2023 provides guidance on London Plan policies related to affordable housing including eligibility criteria:
