Please provide the total number of apprenticeships offered for each of the last 8 years for which figures are available and the number of those apprentices who, at the end of the apprenticeship time, were:
- offered and;
- accepted a permanent role in the organisation for each of those years.
Our response
In the years set out our main intake of apprentices have been cohorts of Level 3 Business Administration and Level 4 Project Management. We have extended the contract length of the Business Administration Apprentices in recent years, which means that there isn’t always an intake in each year.
The contract length is currently 18 months. For Project Management, the contract length is 24 months and to date these apprenticeship starts have been linked into the Business Administration Apprenticeship end dates.
The GLA does not hold the exact data requested in the second part of your request.
