Biography
Nicole joined the GLA in 2022, having previously been Director of Communications at the Royal College of Nursing and, prior to that, the Institute for Government. She has 20 years-experience in public and not-for-profit sector communications. Nicole is a Trustee at Maternity Action and lives in East London.
Responsibilities
Nicole is the Assistant Director of External Relations, responsible for all external-facing communications and engagement on behalf of the Mayor of London. She leads a series of high-performing teams covering press, marketing campaigns, creative services, public liaison, strategic, digital and internal communications. Nicole is also responsible for the Mayor’s London events programme and the delivery of major sporting events in London.
