Biography
Luke leads the small pan-London team which is overseeing the work supporting London’s recovery from the pandemic. Luke’s previous roles at the GLA include interim Assistant Director, Environment and Head of Economic Development.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the joint Greater London Authority and London Councils recovery from COVID-19 programme which aims to restore confidence in the city, minimise the impact on London’s communities and build back better the city’s economy and society.
