OPDC Board and Committee meetings during Coronavirus
On 7 May 2021, the legislative flexibilities that allowed for remote decision-making Board and Committee meetings came to an end. As a result, and where it is not practical to hold a physical meeting, OPDC will take decisions under the procedures set out in its Scheme for Remote Decision-Making.
Whether meeting physically (as a Board or Committee) or remotely (as an Advisory Panel, supporting delegated decision-making under the scheme), the public will continue to be able to view the meeting live via City Hall’s Media Centre. Similarly, agendas and papers will always be available online.
Making representations at a Planning Committee meeting
Should you wish to make representations at a Planning Committee meeting, please let us know in advance of the meeting by emailing the Committee Secretary.
