Tony Devenish AM has been elected secretary (whip) of the Conservative group on the London Assembly.
He was elected uncontested at the group’s annual AGM, held 2 May 2023.
Tony Devenish AM, newly elected secretary (whip) of the City Hall Conservatives, said:
“It is a great privilege to have been elected as the group secretary and the chief whip for the City Hall Conservatives. Neil has been an excellent whip, and I congratulate him on his election as the group’s leader. Sadiq Khan must be held to account for his disastrous decisions that are causing damage across this city, and I am looking forward to continuing this important work.”
