AbdulMaalik Tailor's free tours for London Unseen have now ended but don't miss out on this opportunity to attend his Lambeth walk at a reduced price for the Lambeth History Festival!

Lambeth may have a current population of 21,000 but there have been Muslim visitors and residents from 2 centuries ago. From the first Ottoman ambassador visiting the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens in the 1790s to Duse Muhammad Ali the teacher of Marcus Garvey living in the borough. There are also a few mosques established now in Lambeth but where were the original Muslim prayer places? We will see a few alongside past and modern Islamic Inspired architecture.

Join us on this exciting day to find out the answers!
