Day centre users from North London get moving in weekly dance sessions with All Change and take part at a tea dance at Sadler’s Wells Theatre.

Sheltered housing residents in Woodberry Down get involved in weekly exercise classes led by Leyton Orient Trust.
Dancing
Older Londoners from North London participate in weekly dance sessions led by Rambert and Age UK Islington.
Community Gardening
