Join Autism Hounslow for a Community BarBQ. Inviting people from partner organisations: Bedfont Stronger Together, Health is Wealth, Age UK, Autism Hounslow, Friends of Cathja and Heron Way Community Allotments; Model City BFH Coalition & Heston Lions to share food, ideas and connect with like minded people living in Bedfont.
This event will bring together local people volunteers at Cathja's Kitchen Table Charity Shop - local organisations promoting involvement and community development.
We are actively promoting healthy living and developing connections between local organisations. There will be food grown at the Community Allotments and members of Autism Hounslow will be sharing a brief history of Bedfont. We will be bringing together the past history of Bedfont - sharing our personal journeys - whether short or long - sharing with each other and planning for a shared future.
There will be activities for children and music as well as quiet areas for where people can chill out and relax.
