Join the Hello Beautiful Foundation for their Sound massage / Meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls.
Lead by the Crystal Ensemble. Quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments are played in a manner designed to relax and rejuvenate. The sounds promote deep relaxation and peace, expansion of consciousness and open the body's entire energetic system.
The session will be a guided meditation to help you destress and release tension. You just need to sit back and let the sound do all the work.
