Join Echoes of Hope in their Community Cuisine Project at Setchell Community Hall.

Each week a different value will be celebrated and embraced. The volunteers of each faith will present their menus to the assembled audience in workshops. They will have researched the historical, cultural and or religious relevance of the recipes and bring the raw ingredients for a display. They then demonstrate the authentic, traditional cooking methods to an assembled audience with around 40-50 in our local community centre kitchens.

This will be enable the interfaith group to learn about other cultural food growing, preparation and cookery skills.
