The Development Service is offering a tiered annual subscription to Developers, Boroughs and Housing Associations at cost recovery rates.
We are beginning the process as an initial one-year trial, through which they will have a dedicated single point of contact. They will have access to GLA, Borough and Utilities teams and resources.
The number of projects and team capacity will be regularly reviewed with clients, with the intention of supporting as many projects as possible across London.
Ad-hoc Utility Asset reports are also available at additional cost.
