It outlines a best practice approach and contains helpful case studies. It has been developed with contributions from cultural operators, planners and reviewed by planning lawyers from Sharpe Pritchard.

The development of this note took place pre-pandemic and at the point of proposed launch in 2020 the government introduced the intention to deliver major planning reforms.
