The Blackhorse Lane Creative Enterprise Zone is London's newest zone. It builds on the London Borough of Culture legacy and the incredible cultural infrastructure and people already in Waltham Forest. It offers access to Strategic Industrial Land and Walthamstow Wetlands, Europe’s largest nature reserve. It is perfectly situated to support creatives and Small and Medium Enterprises that wish to remain in London and need access to a wide typology of co-working spaces.



Improved connectivity between education providers and the Blackhorse Lane business community, and a better-skilled workforce will support the area’s economic recovery and lead to employment opportunities for local people. There is also a real momentum amongst a well-connected and ambitious grassroots business community, creating a 15-minute neighbourhood and cultural destination in Blackhorse Lane that will help the Creative Enterprise Zone flourish alongside the regeneration that is underway.
