Welcome to the third quarterly update on London Power. As the Covid-19 crisis has persisted these past months, household energy bills have continued to rise for many, making it even more important for Londoners to consider switching energy providers. We’re delighted to see more Londoners continuing to choose London Power and are putting plans in place to ensure we can reach as many Londoners as possible with energy that’s always fair, affordable and green.
Highlights
This January marks the one-year anniversary of the launch of London Power. To mark our anniversary, we will be contacting customers and launching a customer experience survey to understand perspectives on London Power’s offering.
Over the past few months, the London Power pre-pay tariff – my london top-up plan – has continued to be one of the cheapest tariffs for pre-pay meters available to Londoners on the market. Londoners can contact London Power directly to learn more about this plan.
