London Power News

Welcome to the fourth quarterly update on London Power. Energy prices have continued to rise over the quarter and due to the price cap changes set by Ofgem from 1 April, households on standard variable tariffs across London have seen their bills increase by £99 per year. It’s therefore even more important to consider switching energy providers to save money, especially with so many Londoners working from home. We’re delighted that over 5,000 London households have chosen London Power for energy that’s always fair, affordable and green.

Highlights

In January we asked customers about their experience since joining London Power. This revealed that 95% of our customers are satisfied with London Power. This is a much higher level of satisfaction compared to the rest of the market, where only 76% of customers are satisfied with their supplier*. As of March 2021, we also had a Trustpilot rating of 4.9, reflecting the excellent level of customer service London Power provides.
Over the past few months, the London Power pre-pay tariff – my London top-up plan – has continued to be the cheapest tariff for pre-pay meters available in London**. Londoners can contact the customer service team directly to learn more about this plan.
