Minister for London faces the Assembly

At a full meeting of London Assembly tomorrow, Assembly Members will put questions to Gavin Barwell MP, in his capacity as the Minister of State for Housing, Planning and Minister for London.

The Assembly will also put questions to James Murray in his capacity as Deputy Mayor for Housing and Residential Development. He will be asked about the latest announcement of a benchmark of 35 per cent affordable housing and what further progress is being made on delivering the Mayor’s manifesto commitments on housing.

Following this, Assembly Members will submit motions on various topics.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, 7th December from 10.00am in The Chamber at City Hall (The Queen’s Walk, London SE1).
