Intend to Publish London Plan
Following the Examination in Public and receipt of the Inspectors report, the Mayor issued to the Secretary of State his intention to publish the London Plan along with a clean and tracked version of the Intend to Publish London Plan, a statement of reasons for any of the Inspectors’ recommendations that the Mayor does not wish to accept and a note that sets out a range of interventions that will help achieve the housing delivery set out in the Plan.

Also published is an update to the SHMA (Strategic Housing Market Assessment), which includes the addendum agreed at the Examination in Public and now referenced in the Plan and the Integrated Impact Assessment Addendum December 2019 Report and Habitats Regulations Assessment Report December 2019.
