MD1371 Shared Committee Services - GLA and TfL

Since April 2013, five members of TfL’s Secretariat staff, including the Head of Secretariat, have been co-located at City Hall in order to assess potential benefits of progressing to a shared committee services arrangement between the two organisations. As a result of the successful trial period, it is now proposed that the relevant TfL Secretariat functions be formally transferred to the GLA.The Executive Director of Resources will finalise the arrangements and related documentation under delegated powers.
