Executive summary

In September 2012 the Mayor approved the Clean Air Fund (CAF) 2 budget. The GLA has now secured £167,000 in additional funding to support the delivery of these and related programmes from the Joint Air Quality Initiative (JOAQUIN) project, funded by EU INTERREG IVb North West Europe. This MD approves the GLA joining JOAQUIN, supporting arrangements and sets out how the additional funding will be used.
