Venue: City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, London, E16 1ZE, GB

Come and join us on the 22 June in London's Living Room in City Hall to celebrate and discuss the rich culture and heritage of Gypsies, Roma and Traveller communities in London.

Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month began in Brent in 2001 and went national in 2008 but it remains a missed opportunity to tell the stories of these communities and celebrate their cultural achievements.

The event will be a mixture of discussions, workshops, screenings, music and dance. The afternoon session (2pm - 4.30pm) will be an opportunity to explore how we can work together to raise the profile of GRT History month, learn from existing projects and challenge persistent stereotypes. The evening session (5.30pm - 8pm) will be a chance to enjoy stories, music and dance.
