This exhibition showcases the work of four artists. Each has been inspired by their own experience of mental health issues. The artists use a range of media to highlight the importance of creativity to mental health and wellbeing.
Opening on 10 October, World Mental Health Day, the exhibition shows the many ways that mental illness can manifest itself and affect our lives.
The aim is to get people to reconsider their thoughts around mental ill health.
