We would appreciate information on the provider(s) you are using for your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (for example, ERP, Oracle, Civica, Unit4) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (for example, Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday).
Additionally, provide us with the name of the payment provider (for example, Allpay, pay360, Adalante, Civica pay) that you are using for any kind of payments.
Our response
The GLA uses SAP for all our ERP services (finance and HR). SAP is provided to the GLA as a shared service by Transport for London.
The only commercial CRM product that is in use at the GLA by a single department is Insightly.
All payments within the GLA are carried out using the SAP finance system.
