Create a login if you have a new construction site that is required to comply with the NRMM Low Emission Zone or if you have been invited as a sub-contractor or machinery administrator for an existing site. If you are working on multiple sites, or have registered previously for a different construction site, you should be able to use the same log in details. You do not need to create a new account for each site.
The personal data you provide will be processed by the GLA to create and administer your NRMM account and in accordance with our
privacy policy. The GLA is also required to share certain personal data (including First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number) with environmental health, pollution control and/or planning teams in the relevant London Borough for the purposes of monitoring the implementation of the NRMM low emission zone and compliance checking. This information will also be shared with authorised Enforcement Officers working on behalf of the relevant London Borough for the same purposes. Additionally, they may also use your personal data to contact you to arrange site visits.
