LPG Consultation Draft Letter

The current London Plan was published in March 2021. The London Plan Guidance (LGP) provides further information on how the Plan should be implemented.

On 3 May 2023, the Greater London Authority (GLA) published consultation drafts of its new LPG on Affordable Housing and Development Viability.

The Affordable Housing LPG covers a number of policies outlined in the London Plan 2021 including the threshold approach, tenure and grant funding. The Development Viability LPG covers the viability assessment process and the Committee will be looking at how this information can be made accessible to Londoners.

The London Assembly Planning and Regeneration Committee has written to the Mayor with its response to the consultation.
