10,000 Thank Yous to London's volunteers
International Volunteering Day is fast-approaching and we understand that thanking your volunteers, and letting them know their impact, is key to a sustainable volunteering team.
Every year, the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, shows his thanks to some of the most outstanding volunteers from across the capital. This year, we want to reach even more incredible people working hard to support their local communities through volunteering and social action. That’s why we’re launching our 10,000 Thank Yous campaign to reach more of the most committed and dedicated volunteers in London.
Team London, the Mayor’s volunteering and social action team have collaborated with London based community artist Monique Jackson, to design a limited run of 10,000 free volunteer thank you cards. The cards will allow you to write your own personal message of thanks and tell your most committed volunteers about their vital contribution to your services. The cards can recognise long service, overcoming challenges or just a thank you for being amazing.
