Future Ready Workforce Support

As part of the Future Ready programme, the Mayor's Sports team will be offering workforce development training to community organisations or individuals working with young Londoners during their transition from primary to secondary school, to ensure that they're effectively supported during challenging periods of their development.

Support on offer will include:

• mentoring upskilling
• mental health training
• trauma informed practice training.

We will shortly be requesting expressions of interest from organisations or consortiums of organisations to deliver this work.
