The Careers Hubs offer is available to all London state secondary schools, FE colleges, Alternative Provision and Special Schools. To help them meet the eight Gatsby Benchmarks of excellent careers education the offer includes:

  • partnered with an Enterprise Adviser who is a volunteer from a London employer
  • access to funded careers activities and work insight events for your students
  • a dedicated Hub Enterprise Coordinator (EC) who will work with the Careers Leaders and Enterprise Advisers of a group of schools and colleges.

Opportunities to test and trial new projects and approaches before they are rolled out across the country. Previous examples of this have included access to additional funding for transitions projects and early access to digital platforms.

Strong local leadership and coordination through a ‘Strategic Hub Lead’ to help coordinate activity and build networks within the local infrastructure
