Biography

Anne has lived in the constituency for over twenty years, having moved to the UK from Chicago as a student in 1998.

Since settling with her family in Cricklewood, on the Barnet and Camden border, Anne has been a school governor of the local comprehensive which her children attended for 12 years, and has served as a school governor in primary schools in both Barnet and Camden. Anne is a member of the Cricklewood Town Team and a regular volunteer and trustee at the Childs Hill Food Bank.

In 2018, Anne was elected as the first Labour councillor in the London Borough of Barnet to represent the Childs Hill ward in over 40 years. In 2022, Anne was elected to represent Barnet’s Cricklewood Ward and is Chair of the Barnet Labour Group.
