Environment Committee

The Environment Committee examines and reports of matters relating to the environment in London and leads on scrutiny of the Mayor’s Environment Strategy. It also leads on scrutiny of the Sustainable Development Commission; ReLondon Board; London Fuel Poverty Partnership; and London Electric Vehicles Taskforce.

At its annual meeting in May each year, the Assembly establishes for the year its committee structure, memberships and terms of reference. These are listed in the document below, which is updated if the Assembly subsequently agrees changes, and memberships and terms of reference information is also available via the home pages for individual committees.
