The Assembly is recommended to note the Mayor’s Report covering the period from 10 October 2013 to 6 November 2013.

4.1  The Assembly noted the Mayor’s Report covering the period from 10 October 2013 to 6 November 2013.

4.2  In accordance with Standing Order 5.4A, the Mayor gave an oral update on matters occurring since the publication of his report. All party Groups of the Assembly had requested that the Mayor provide an oral update on the recent cycling deaths and injuries and safety concerns about the Cycle Superhighways across London. The record of the oral update is attached as Appendix 1.
